Printing onto Tee-shirts.

We can print tee-shirts in a number of different ways:

DYE-SUBLIMATION-a direct to garment process. We can print onto white and heather grey for tee shirts, (please note that white print is not possible on the latter colour) and white Polo shirts. The logo can be as complex or as simple as you need it to be, and the finished quality is clear and precise. ( with quality supplied artwork).

FLOCK-this has a soft velvet feel, and comes in a range of colours. This is designed for text or simple one or two colour logo’s.

Evoflex-this is a thin substrate that can also have two or three colours layered, depending on the complexity of the design.

INKJET-Using any colour garment with a full colour image into it, providing the colour image is within a “border”.

(We carry a small range of tee-shirts in stock, polo shirts and sweatshirts are to order).

Artwork requirements:

Our prices are based on the Artwork being supplied by the customer.

Font-the name of the font you require. We have over 6000 to choose from, but if we don’t have it, we would need to have it supplied in true-type format.

Logo- Easier if supplied as the finished size. Vector format is the best option (please call if you have any questions about this).

Our preferred lead time (from point of confirmation to go ahead to the date of delivery) is about 7-10 working days, this allows for any unforeseen problems. If you are on a really tight deadline, just let us know and we will endeavour to meet it for you.

Ways of sending Artwork for logo’s-(where relevant)

1. For up to about 30mb, please send to zen81837@zen.co.uk Smaller artwork (up to about 3mb) can be sent to roy@kitesup.co.uk or info@bannerandflag.co.uk

2. In the form of a zipped file.

3. By CD in the post.

We have also done work whereby we can scan a supplied image, but this greatly depends on the quality of the original, and would incur an artwork charge if this method was used (although a vector image is the preferred format)
