Goods means any items supplied by us.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, we work on a pro forma basis ( i.e. payment prior to delivery) Exceptions to this are, for example, Councils, schools and such like. We do not usually set up account facilities for these types of product. All goods will remain our property until payment for them has been made. Payment can be by cheque, Credit Card (not Amex) or BACS.


Delivery charges and vat are in addition to the cost of the work itself. Our normal lead time (from point of approval in writing/email, to the date of delivery ) is 7-10 working days. If you are on a really tight deadline, let us know when you require the product, and we will see if we can do the job in the given timescale. (Rush jobs may on occasion incur an extra cost). Before we go ahead with a job, we e-mail you a visual mock-up for your approval.

If you give the verbal go-ahead without seeing the mockup, it is assumed the finished item has been accepted. If you would like to see a sample of any printed textiles, we can do this for you. For any problems after delivery, please let us know within 7 days. After this time it is assumed that all goods have been accepted. Any problems reported after the 7 days may be subject to a handling charge.


We will use the information you provide solely for the purpose of processing your order. We will not provide your details to any third party, except as  may be required by law, and we do not send unsolicited email ( spam ).
